The immigration problem has become pathetic and I must address it from a personal perspective since I am a naturalized Hispanic citizen of the United States of America. I am loyal to its institutions, citizens and permanent residents. However, when unaccompanied children illegally enter the country, it is time to vociferously call-out for better more rigorous border control. Although I am not in favor of inhuman seizure, sequester, and treatment of these people, they do not deserve permanent shelter or a home in this country. This message should be clear and intended to reach the parents of the unaccompanied children. It takes a village to raise children and this includes parents, relatives, mentors, community leaders, good schools, teachers, and many other persons and institutions. There are many decent people on the waiting list who have already filed for legal immigration and citizenship that should be given precedence before any of the illegal immigrants are considered.
