What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
If I am at home, which is a solitary environment that I cherish, I usually am stressed by negative feelings such as wars, financial matters, or impediments to the resolution of other personal issues beyond my control, I will rest in bed. This tactic only relieves a little of the stressful negative feelings. So, I eat and drink sweet tasting foods. I am lean and not Type I diabetic so this behavior isn’t detrimental. I hope others will not follow my protocol as they are not smart, wise, or resource actions.
